GLUTEN-FREE
We want all of our friends to be able to enjoy our amazing mixes, including those with gluten-intolerance. With our expansive test kitchens, we are able to test our products until we reach perfection. Most of PS Seasoning's spices and seasoning blends are already gluten-free, but we are now happy to offer other Gluten-Free products including cookie mixes, pancakes mix and bread coatings. Not only did we feel our gluten-free pancake and cookie mixes would be a good addition, we felt they were better than our previous offering. Try our complete list of gluten-free products:
- Cookie Mixes: Chocolate Chip, Oatmeal Raisin, Peanut Butter, Sugar, White Chocolate & Cranberry
- Pancake Mixes: Buttermilk, Blueberry, Chocolate Chip, White Chocolate & Cranberry
- Coating Mixes: Rice Panko Breading, All-Purpose Breading

HEART-HEALTHY
For optimal heart-health, the American Heart Association recommends people aim to eat no more than 1,500 milligrams of sodium per day. That level is associated with a significant reduction in blood pressure, which in turn reduces the risk of heart disease and stroke. At PS, we take heart health very seriously and that is why we have low-sodium and heart-healthy alternatives. We have a large variety of salt-free spices and seasoning blends.

NO MSG
Monosodium glutamate (commonly known as MSG) is the sodium salt of glutamic acid, one of the most abundant, naturally-occurring non-essential amino acids. While found naturally in many foods (including tomatoes and Parmesan cheese), PS Seasoning believes that eliminating or replacing MSG is the one of the first steps in achieving a clean label that is so important to consumers these days. Our mission is to start with great ingredients so that artificial flavors, colors and enhancers are not needed.
